Conditions and Application Process for Submitting Tender
- Only registered firm/agency/company/partnership firm can participate in the tender.
- Other terms and conditions or special information can be obtained from Bihar State University Service Commission, 8th Floor, Bihar School Examination Board, Academic Bhawan, Buddha Marg, Patna-01 during office hours on any working day.
- 1,000 (One Thousand) only in the form of non-refundable Demand Draft payable in favour of Secretary, Bihar State University Service Commission, Patna is required to be submitted along with the Technical Bid, failing which the tender will be invalid.
- The competent officer reserves the right to reject any quotation/ divide the work amongst more than one tenderer without assigning any reasons.
- It is mandatory to deposit the amount of earnest money in the form of draft in the name of Secretary, Bihar State University Service Commission, Patna before the date and time of opening of tender, failing which the tender will be invalid.
- The technical tender and financial tender will be submitted in separate sealed envelopes and then sealed in a bigger envelope.
